All necessary modernisations were carried out, so that the property is technically up-to-date. For instance, the roof was completely insulated and newly slated, all the electrics and plumbing were renewed and a new oil-central-heating system fitted. Currently, the former vintner house is used for holiday lets and the converted smithy with barn is used by the owner as a second home.
